Chavez Jr & Roach to Hold Open Workout

LAS VEGAS, NEV. (August 27, 2012) — Undefeated World Boxing Council (WBC) middleweight champion and Son of the Legend,JULIO CÉSAR CHÁVEZ JR., along with Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach and Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum, will host a Las Vegas Media Workout This Thursday!  August 30, beginning at 2:00 p.m. PT, at the Top Rank Gym  (3041 Business Lane, Las Vegas, NV. 89103.)  CHÁVEZ JR. (46-0-1, 32 KOs), of Culiacán, México, is in deep training for his upcoming title defense against two-division world champion and pound for pound kingpin Sergio “Maravilla” Martínez (49-2-2, 28 KOs), of Quilmes, Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Chávez Jr. and his team will be available for interviews before his workout.
