Top Rank Live! on Saturday night from Culiacan, Mexico will be a televised tripleheader:  JORGE ARCE vs. Lorenzo Parra in an eliminator; world champion HUMBERTO SOTO in a defense against Fidel Monterrosa and hometown fighter OMAR CHAVEZ in an eight round bout.  All three bouts are scheduled for the Fox Sports Espanol telecast (10 pm eastern, 7 pm pacific).
